MACC's Board of Directors Committees
MACC's Board maintains four regular committees to support the work of the MACC staff and expand our membership services. See descriptions and participating members of our committees below:
Business Advocacy & Legislative Affairs
This committee supports the chamber's work to serve as a lead advocate for business issues; to create a business-friendly environment, and to represent that interest at the local and state level. They monitor legislation and work closely with local representatives to represent our voice.

Economic Development
This committee works to strengthen relationships and support talent and workforce initiatives in order to close workforce gaps in our area. They also work to assist in resources for business start-up and launch.

Communications and Community Development
This committee works to pursue and coordinate nurturing relationships with members and be a source of information on key industry activities.

Member Benefits and Programs
This committee works to grow business memberships; connecting businesses with resources and connections that help their business succeed, enhance their visibility, and encourage patronage.
