The Ambassadors thanked outgoing Chairman Cathy Rees for a year full of firsts for the group.  In 2009 under the guidance of Ms. Rees the Ambassadors made 550 personal visits to Chamber members.  These visits included ribbon cuttings, congratulations on the celebration of anniversaries, welcoming new Chamber members and welcoming new businesses to the area.  They also personally delivered the 2010 decals for the MACC membership plaques to all members.  Lori Smith the Chamber representative for the Ambassador program said "All of us at the Chamber cannot express enough how grateful we are for the Ambassadors, what they did by going out and visiting the business members is invaluable, you can't put a price on someone caring about you and your business and taking the time to check in and see how things are going.  We are so fortunate to have such a outstanding group of business people volunteering their time to promote the Chamber and the Mid-Ohio Valley".
